It’s unavoidable, but you can prevent expensive repairs and insurance premiums by checking it now, rather than later.
We use Drones equipped with high-resolution photographic sensors, making roof surveys faster, safer and cheaper than ever before. Our survey’s will provide you with high resolution images and video of the entire surface area of your roof, showing any defects on tiles, chimney stacks, flashings, gutters & fittings.
Our Process
Pre-site survey and consultation. (Approx. 30 Mins.)
We will make an initial visit to discuss your requirements (perhaps there are areas you would like to focus on where there may already be damage). We will then take some initial ground based photos to assist with the creation of our flight plan and risk assesment. This is free of charge and you are under no obligation to continue at this point, we will provide you with a quote for your approval following this visit.
Survey. (Approx. 1 - 2 Hrs.)
Once you have agreed the quote and booked your order slot we will return to create the survey. This will involve us making the flight(s) and shooting the Photographs and Video. These will be assessed for quality on site after the survey. We can normally ‘take off’ from your garden and you will be able to view the live images as we fly, if required. Depending on the proximity of other properties we will need to inform neighbours of our flight plan.
Post Production and delivery. (1 - 2 Days)
Once we have all of the footage necessary it will be digitally enhanced and formatted so that you can view it easily. The HDR images and video are in 4k resolution meaning you will be able to zoom in to areas of interest. The footage can be supplied online via ‘Dropbox’ or ‘WeTransfer’ and on Memory stick (supplied).
